ADSS Suspension Clamp 500M

The Preformed Suspension Clamp is the connecting hardware of ADSS cable hang in transmission line pole (tower).

It can reduce static stress at the support point and increase ant-vibration ability of ADSS cables, and cushioned against the dynamic stress of aeolian vibration as well as ensure that the cable bending will not exceed the permissible values, make the cable does not produce bending stress, so that the fiber optic don't produce extra loss in the cables.

Dielectric Construction

Made of non-metallic materials (e.g., high-strength aluminum alloy, engineered polymers) to prevent electrical corrosion and arcing risks on live power lines.

Vibration Damping

Integrated elastomer pads (EPDM/silicone) absorb wind-induced oscillations (galloping/vortex shedding) and reduce micro-bending losses.

Dynamic Load Tolerance

Validated to IEC 61395/ANSI C119.4 standards for cyclic load endurance (up to 100 million cycles at ±0.5D amplitude).

Auto-Alignment Design

Swivel mechanism enables ±30° vertical & 15° lateral movement to accommodate cable sag, thermal expansion, and tower deflection.

Corrosion Resistance

Surface treatments: anodizing (Al alloy), hot-dip galvanizing (steel components), or UV-stabilized polymers for >25-year service life.

Easy Installation

Pre-formed armor rods or bolted assemblies enable tool-free mounting, reducing field labor time by 40%.
