Insulator binding wire material

‌Insulator binding wire material must be the same as or compatible with the conductor material‌. In distribution lines, the binding wire material used to fix the conductor to the insulator must be the same as or compatible with the conductor material. If binding wires of different materials are used (such as iron binding wires for aluminum conductors), poor contact or breakage may occur due to electrochemical corrosion, thus causing safety hazards‌. Therefore, the specification requires that the binding wire material must be consistent with the conductor, for example, aluminum conductors should use aluminum binding wire‌.
