Its core structure consists of preformed helixes made of high-strength aluminum alloy strands. These strands tightly spiral-wrap around the ends of two (or more) conductors, utilizing the material's inherent elasticity and massive gripping force generated by helical compression to bond with the conductors. Installation requires no hydraulic tools – simple manual wrapping completes the process.
